FAQs

When can I expect my order?

  • Up to 7 days. All products are handmade to order. Once you have placed your order it will be printed, left to dry (12 hours for prints) Framed, QC checked, Packaged and then dropped off at the parcel shop.

    If you need your order quicker pop me an email at kellyclarkephoto@gmail.com or contact Kelly on 07854619281 and I will see if I can get it to you sooner.

What if my order arrives damaged?

  • On very rare occasions damages occur during transit even with protective packaging. Send photos of the damaged product and packaging and your order number to me and I will send out a replacement which should reach you within 7 days.

My order hasn’t arrived

  • You should be emailed a tracking number from Parcel2go.com. It may land in your spam so have a check there. If you haven’t received your order 7 days from placing it get in touch and I will chase it up or send out a replacement for you.

Can I return items?

  • If you’ve ordered the wrong product or size or changed your mind and want to return an item please send returns n their original packaging to:

    Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving your return given it's in the conditions mentioned below: 
     

    -All returns are payable by the customer.  
    -Returns must be sent to us within 14 days. 
    -Please ensure your order number is included or we will be unable to process your return. 
    -All products must be returned in unused condition with original tags/packaging  
    -Any Personalised prints & products purchased from our sample sale are non-refundable.  
    -We advise customers to send their returns to us on a tracked service.
